WHAT IS NO WIN NO FEE ?
The no win, no provision Fee, which is sometimes called a conditional fee agreement (CFA) means that if your personal injury claim to be successful, then you will not have to pay your attorney or opposing side any costs. If your order is not maintained, then cover the insurance taken out by injury lawyers of ABS-law means that you will not have to pay any fee.

Will I have to pay anything?
Since 1 April 2013 the Government introduced new legislation that changed the way we are able to handle personal injury cases. Prior to this date, if your application is successful, you get to keep 100% of the compensation recovered and the losing side would cover all legal costs.
The new rules also allow us to offer a no win, no fee service, but they also allow us to recover what is known as a "success rate" of your compensation if your claim is successful. The rules state that the maximum value for the rate of success that can recover your compensation is 25%. Therefore, it is expected that in most cases, you will still receive a minimum of 75% of the compensation recovered and we will do everything in our power to get the maximum value you deserve for your claim. In case you have an insurance policy with us the rules also authorize us to deduct any premium offset.
